About this Guide

The burndown chart is a visual representation of what progress is being made on each feature within the iteration to enable the project manager to re-evaluate work estimates.

Use the data sheet to input the estimated man hours for each feature within the iteration and to log how many hours have been spent on that feature on each day of the iteration.
