Neil Mason, Co-founder, Applied Insights Neil Mason is a partner at Applied Insights, providing analytical solutions to e-channel businesses.

Neil has been using analytics in the online channel for over 4 years having previously been Chief Marketing Officer at QXL. At QXL managed the challenges of developing the consumer proposition, optimising the onsite user experience and maximising the value and loyalty of the customer base.

Before QXL Neil had a variety of operational and senior management roles at leading multi-national marketing services companies such as Research International and ACNielsen, working with some of the worlds leading brands.
