Fiona has worked in the online world for seven years, starting out her career with online CRM solutions providers KANA and Intervoice during the dot.com boom (and bust!) years. From there she moved to Digital River, a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, where she managed websites and online marketing campaigns for a variety of pan European and global clients. Over three years ago she specialised in SEM and joined Alliance & Leicester 18 months ago to lead their search activities.
