William Reeve, COO, Video Island / ScreenSelect

Video Island delivers unlimited DVD subscription services through both its ScreenSelect.co.uk brand, which is distributed by the likes of Boots, Comet, Virgin Megastore, Toys R Us, Dixons and Currys as well as by operating fully integrated DVD subscription services for some of the UK's largest national brands such as Tesco, ITV, MSN and easyGroup.

William Reeve co-founded ScreenSelect.co.uk with Alex Chesterman in 2003 as they believed that High Street video rental could be "amazoned". As a result they enlisted the backing and expertise of amazon.co.uk founder Simon Murdoch. In 2004 ScreenSelect announced its merger with Video Island, bringing together the market's two leading online DVD rental companies to create the UK's clear market leader. Previously, William founded Fletcher Research which he sold to Forrester.
