Chris began his career as a management consultant, specialising in corporate and marketing strategy in the broadcast and Internet sectors. He worked for the search engine Ask Jeeves in Business Development and was appointed Brand Manager for UK & Ireland. In 2003 Chris joined Otto UK, part of the world's largest home shopping organisation. He has responsibility for online customer experience and revenue generation for the company's direct home shopping businesses.
