SafeMessage ensures that private or confidential electronic messages stay that way
SafeMessage today announced the launch of its secure communications systems in Europe and the appointment of Steve Jenkins as European Managing Director. SafeMessage is aimed at companies and individuals needing to send important and sensitive information with absolute security. It uses proprietary patent pending technology to solve problems associated with e-mail providing users with a highly encrypted messaging system, which both fully tracks delivery status and has the ability to control message life. Messages can be protected against copying and forwarding, printing and leaks.
Despite SafeMessage having the highest commercially available encryption levels, the system is incredibly easy to use unlike other secure messaging products. Additionally, recipients can verify the message they receive is actually from who it says (non-repudiation) and hasn't been tampered with en-route (digital signature.) Messages do not go via an e-mail server and are never sent via insecure ASCII. This guarantees no electronic 'foot-prints' are left, so even a company's IT department cannot snoop.
As European MD Steve Jenkins' has been appointed to set up the European headquarters in the City of London, make initial sales and build a channel of resellers and distributors within the UK. Once established, the model will then be rolled out across Europe, country by country.
