US vertical property search engine Trulia has raised $10m (£5m) in a third round of funding led by Sequoia Capital. The company has now raised $17.7m (£8.9m) to date.

Pete Flint is the CEO of San Francisco-based Trulia  - in our opinion, one of the best vertical search engines that we've seen.

Focusing on the US real estate market, the site indexes data from major brokers and agencies and displays it alongside other information such as area guides and heat maps.
