There are still a few days left to take part in our second annual Online Customer Engagement Survey, which we are carrying out in partnership with cScape.
Those taking part in the research will get a free copy of the full report which will be published next month.
We felt that last year's report was a groundbreaking piece of work which shed light on how companies were using - or planning to use - Web 2.0 features and technologies to connect with their customers more effectively.
The study also highlighted some of the issues which prevent organisations from delivering an integrated customer experience across channels, and how many were failing in some basic areas (for example working in cross-functional teams or mapping customer touch points).
This year, we have tried to raise the bar to ensure that the survey is (hopefully) an educational process in itself, covering some of the strategies, tactics and issues which have come to the fore since the last report was published.
To improve the final report, we have asked selected internet marketing experts such as Avinash Kaushik and Dave Chaffey to comment on the findings.
The survey takes five minutes to complete - in return for a report which would normally be valued at £150. The closing date for participation is Sunday 21 October.
