Payment
You will receive an invoice for the full cost of the diploma once you have confirmed your attendance. Confirmation must be made in writing via email to retail@e-consultancy.com. Payment is to be made before commencement of the course.
Cancellation
You have 28 days from the date you confirm your place to change your mind and request a refund. In this instance you will receive 100% of the fee, minus the cost of any training attended at a cost of £475 + VAT per day.
If you cancel your place more than 28 days after confirmation you will be liable for the full cost of the course.
Deferment
You may defer to the next intake once, after which deferment will be classed as cancellation and the above charges will apply.
Changes in the course
E-consultancy reserves the right to alter face to face tuition dates where necessary. Should this happen, you will be informed as soon as possible and an alternative course or learning route will be offered. In this case, E-consultancy will not be liable for any transport or accommodation costs incurred.
E-consultancy may decide to change trainers or alter content to ensure that the course is delivered to the highest standard.
