Related Terms SCSI
Description A way to connect multiple peripherals to a single port on a computer. A daisychain involves connecting each device to each other in a long chain, SO information from a single device can flow to the computer through the other devices in the chain. Daisychaining is especially common on SCSI devices - for example, a SCSI Zip drive has two SCSI ports, one for connecting to a computer, and another for daisychaining another SCSI device.
