Job Description
Our client is a internet services business that offers advisory, support and software services to help retailers develop and operate world-class eCommerce businesses.
The business is growing rapidly and are looking for a talented Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, communication and execution of the project in accordance with agreed budgets, timescales, methodology and quality targets.
Main responsibilities include:
-Create and maintain the following:
Project Plan, Change Request Register, Budget, Risk Register, Team Structure, Contact List, Status Reports.
-Manage project members
-Adhere to process / methodology
-Implement best practices wherever possible
-Minimise solution complexity
-Identify and resolve issues / risks
-Liaise with Retailers and manage expectations
-Liaise with other project areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues
-Liaise with various business units and/or partners
-Ensure high quality documentation
-Report status and issues to the Programme Manager
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
? eCommerce experience within Retail
? Client interaction and presentation skills
? Demandware
? Sterling Commerce
Whilst not essential knowledge of the following would be beneficial
? Mercatus
? Island Pacific (IPMS or Synaro)
? Retail J
? Coremetrics
