Job Description
Our client is a truly  global catalogue and E-Commerce retailer with a turnover above £800m with operations in over 20 countries you will be based in their Oxfordshire offices.

Key responsibilities are as follows:
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and convert them to clearly defined and understandable documentation ready for the technology teams.
• Support projects by understanding and documenting the business requirements and ensure these are known, understood and explicitly agreed by all stakeholders.
• Highlight opportunities, potential issues and pitfalls within the business requirements and work with the business to agree alternative solutions.
• Prioritisation of workload in an environment where multiple projects will be run concurrently.
• Undergo high level analysis of change projects of work supporting the decision process for the management layer
• Ensure that team delivery timescales are met, by understanding business and team priorities.
• The jobholder will operate to processes, procedures and standards as laid down by the process and control area of the Offer Development team in E-commerce
• Provide a high level of subject matter expertise (gained through research and experience in the e-commerce environment) to help influence direction of business requirements as identified by the business stakeholders.
• Detailed handover to technical teams within the Group IS department to ensure correct understanding of business requirements.
• Provides timely and appropriate business communication up to all levels of management.
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience of the product development lifecycle as well as knowledge of e-Commerce environments.
• Core competencies required include Organisational, Planning, Analytical, Influencing and Communication skills.
• Knowledge and/or use of e-commerce tools/services, content management or data management
• Business experience (c. 2-3 years) within a product development and e-Commerce arena. Ability to interpret customer experience / market research / analytical data to develop new and existing offers
