Implementation Analyst

In this position, you would be:

·         Taking the lead in marketing and selling the eBusiness product focused on small to medium solutions

·         Managing the project after sales cycle for customer requirements capturing

·         Liaising with our development centre in Prague ensuring all customer requirements have been communicated into the development cycle

·         Ensuring the development cycle adheres to both time and budget constraints of the project

·         Managing the project plan that will encompass the entire delivery life-cycle from requirements gathering to client training of the solution, to support and post implementation customer care

·         Working closely with the Head of Professional Services who will mentor and assist with issues and risks

·         Ability to consult to prospects and customers around the entire ‘ecosystem’ of the solution being proposed

·         Actively looking for new opportunities to introduce the Summit product

·         Fully manage and track the P&L around the product for which they are responsible

You would need to have:

·         Excellent communication and writing skills

·         Strong organisation skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Analytical skills and confidence in consulting around the proposed solution

·         Delivery of projects pertaining to digital media essential.  Website project delivery is a STRONG plus.
