Affiliate Manager / Online Media Buyer

Intela is a rapidly growing, international focused performance based marketing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast paced media environment for clients in verticals ranging from travel to health to financial industries.  This position will involve working on a dynamic and flexible team. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for distribution and placement of Intela advertiser campaigns via online channels including email, banner, and search marketing. Other essentials of this position will be to negotiate online media buys with affiliate sales representatives, grow and develop relationships with new and existing publishers, present to clients, and engage publishers to activate campaigns and maximize revenue.

We are looking for driven individuals with attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, adaptive to a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task, project goals/track pacing, and strong follow through on opportunities. 

• Four year degree or Masters in Marketing or Social Sciences preferred
• Familiarity with online performance based marketing (CPA/CPL/CPS) a plus

• Good documentation skills and ability to converse well in a clear, understandable way

• An analytical mind and problem solving skills are essential
