In order to maintain our status as a market leader, we need an SEO specialist to maximise the presence of our websites on organic search results.

Your role will involve close collaboration with Online Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation leading a development team to deliver our search traffic objectives and is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate your online expertise with a globally-leading travel company.

What will you do as an E-Commerce Manager?

• Create and manage a development plan to implement SEO on all TUI websites and any future web projects
• Designing and implementing Rich Media and Web 2.0 solutions
• Develop an internal link equity strategy and liaise with internal parties to optimise site presence
• Propose initiatives to integrate media content (e.g. Video) on the website with the aim to optimise SEO without impacting website functionality
• Keep up to date with all changes) that drive natural SEO (e.g. Google search algorithm and ensure that our websites are optimised in line with these changes
• Provide line management to a team of Web Developers and ensure they are allocated projects that maximise output of the New Media department
• Support Marketing team to deliver cross platform marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Hands on SEO experience
• A proven track record in improving and optimising organic search results rankings
• Previous experience in managing agile based development
• Page structure experience
