Job Description

Our Client is one of the UK's largest clothing retailers and own a number of best-known fashion brands, each with its own distinct identity and market segment.  Their brands are to be found on all of the UK's high streets and in major shopping centres as well as online. Their e-commerce operation is significant and rapidly expanding and they are looking to recruit senior e-commerce professionals to join their growing e-commerce team and to take responsibility for delivering e-commerce best practice for the Group.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
The Head of E-Commerce will assess gaps between current online shopping experiences and best practice and work with internal departments to deliver world class e-commerce. The Head of E-commerce will Implement a program of marketing initiatives e.g. SEO, PPC and Affiliates and implement a multichannel plan that promotes e-commerce in-store and vice versa.

Candidate Requirements
  • Relevant experience within retail sector would be advantageous
  • Experience in website management
  • Experience in online e-marketing strategies
  • Team player - ability to build strong working relationships
  • Results driven
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Self-starter, with ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
  • Able to deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment
