Job Description

This market-leading specialist insurer has recently enjoyed substantial growth, now employing over 700 staff in over 12 countries. In order to sustain this growth the company is looking to add a User Experience Architect to develop, design and deliver a superior client experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the formulation of onsite and offsite strategy

• Support and influence the experience of the company online

• Ensure the site delivers traffic conversion and sales

Candidate Requirements

The successfully appointed candidate will ideally be from an online retail, gaming or telecoms sector, with a mix of agency and client experience. You will be used to developing transactional sites and have a strong understanding of design, including wire framing and beta testing.
