E-consultancy is looking for an Account Director to help with the continued growth of our digital training division.
We currently offer the UK’s largest program of public training courses (http://www.e-consultancy.com/training) and provide bespoke in-company training programs for leading companies such as IPC Media, Chevrolet, HSA, Time International, CMPi, Butlins, Reed Business Information, AMV BBDO, Digital Outlook, COI and Microsoft.
We are currently working on new distance learning and e-learning programs and will be shortly launching an MSc in Digital Marketing communications and other certification courses for the industry.
E-consultancy is an award winning on-line publisher working specifically with the digital sector. Awards include AOP Best Business Publisher and Best Editorial Team 2006. We current have 150,000 unique visits to our site per month and work with most of the key players in the digital industry.
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced senior digital marketing proffesional to help us with the continued growth of our in-company program, actively managing accounts and working with our clients to provide world class learning and development solutions.
Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring that we are consistently offering the training and support that they require
- Building relationships with our key trainers, ensuring that they are looking to develop latest thinking and best practice at all times
- Work with our client companies to develop learning and development programs that help them fully exploit the potential of digital for their organisation
- Provide consultancy services on managing the business changes and challanges that digital marketing presents
New Business Development
- Building relationships with relevant new organisations to grow the number of in-company training clients we work with. Many of these companies we will have existing relationships with but will be unaware of the training services we offer.
- Writing training proposals and developing course outlines and programs in conjunction with the trainers
Training
- In addition it would be beneficial, although not essential, if the candidate was comfortable with public speaking and/or delivering training on some areas of digital marketing
In addition there will be opportunities to work with the Training Director on new products and markets such as e-learning and overseas expansion.
