Project Manager - Property Websites

World Archipelago Property is a division of World Archipelago Internet Ltd (www.worldarchipelago.com), a multi-discipline new media agency founded in 1997.
World Archipelago Property specialises in estate agency websites and has a large portfolio of clients ranging from single-office estate agents through to international Plc's. 

We are looking to recruit a project manager who is confident, technically aware, well-organised and friendly.  Experience of working with estate agent clients or demanding corporate clients would be advantageous.  We need a fast-learner who has the ability to multi-task and prioritise in pressurised situations within a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. 

You will be responsible for a variety of projects ranging from minor developments on existing websites to full site builds, the latter requiring the proven ability to plan, budget, schedule and deliver projects.  Having the skills to build relationships with clients and provide informed advice is crucial to the role - some clients will have a clear notion of what they want whilst others will require suggestions and guidance throughout the project lifespan and beyond.

- Previous experience in project management
- A good track record with client relations
- Organisational skills
- Ability to present yourself in a confident and friendly manner
- Understanding of web technology (i.e. HTML, Flash, XML, Databases)
- Desire to learn about technology and new developments
- Ability to maximise the effectiveness of a diverse in-house team
- Pro-active personality
- Ability to take the initiative and think on your feet
- Experience of scoping, planning and delivering projects under tight resource constraints.
