Job Description
Establishing a strong in-home business is a key part of our growth strategy. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the development and execution of complimentary B2C E-Business for Flavia in Europe. We plan to launch the B2C Business in the UK soon. In 2006 the focus will be in establishing resources, RTM and supply chain for the UK launch. In 2007 the focus will move to building on this base to establish a successful business. Therefore in the first year the focus will be on the UK market for the jobholder: a critical part of this role will be based on learnings from the US and with experience of the Global E-Business Team, to develop successful E-Business for the UK. The focus will be in three areas: New Clients acquisition over E-Business and Client Development over E-CRM and Fulfillment Proficiency . 

This person will drive all online B2C initiatives intended to drive continued growth through the e-commerce channel in the UK. They will develop and execute differentiated initiatives to drive the acquisition process directly over the web leading to a specified number of new clients acquired through the channel and consequently the development and execution of the CRM client development and retention-marketing calendar. As we also prepare to re-launch the FLAVIA web site in the UK, within which we will launch the B2C content, key initiatives will include the execution of content development for this web site as well. This position will also drive growth by engaging in the development, implementation and measure of online marketing activities as well as initiating and coordinating activities to improve our online user interface. The person will also be accountable for E-Fulfillment operational proficiency within budget . A direct report will be responsible for day-to-day activities and training of the call-center. Logistic activities in fulfillment will be driven through logistic departments separately. 

This individual will be tasked with full responsibility for a defined number of brewers and drinks per client sold over the web and all projects around E-Commerce. 

Initially there will be no direct reports. As the business grows further resources will be added. In the future the person will be responsible for the E-Business Activities in Europe with support of additional resources.
Candidate Requirements

Knowledge and skills required in order to effectively perform the job:
• A demonstrated knowledge of E-Commerce development tools and techniques:
• Founded record of sales experience in Direct Marketing Organizations, especially via E-Media
• Founded record of client development over CRM, especially via E-Media
• E-Commerce systems knowledge and Computer proficiency
• Self starter
• Project management expertise
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to analyse date and make decision based on them
Effective communication skills including written, verbal and presentations
