Reevoo is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Operations Director. For the right person, this would be a board level role. The Operations Director would be expected to hold a whole, detailed and accurate picture of how the business fulfils its stakeholder’s and drive appropriate, effective actions to ensure that the business changes to deliver more value every day.

Roles & Responsibilities

To proactively execute the strategy, ensuring the business operations are efficient, effective and continually improving within the frameworks, budgets and targets set by the CEO.

To ensure the performance of the business is accurately communicated to the CEO and the board and downward to the senior staff.

To recruit, manage and develop Reevoo staff to build a strong team focussed on the company’s vision and values.

To use people and communication skills, combined with authority, to effect change management (ie persuade people to do things they may not want to do).

To have a detailed understanding of the mechanics of the business – where the money comes from and where its going.

To devise and sponsor appropriate systems for measuring the performance of the company and be able to analyse the output for potential improvements.

To develop strong relationships with suppliers, clients and staff that reflect Reevoo’s values and vision.

To handle policy related matters (eg HR, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies and duty of care towards staff).

Candidate Requirements

The appropriate person must have proven experience as an Operations Director. They need to be able to demonstrate experience of: growing revenue, whilst reducing cost; putting in place processes and measurement systems and acting on the data; building high performing teams; selling controversial projects to a reluctant team.

Critically, they must thrive on analysing data and getting their hands dirty.
