Job Description
To devise and manage the implementation of a customer retention and marketing strategy covering existing and new customer acquisition, as well as database management analysis. Plan must drive frequency of purchase, visit and AOV. To establish and oversee regular reviews and reporting practices to assess and communicate the results of activity on a regular basis and to develop the strategy according to those results.Direct & oversee team members responsible for the development and implementation of the following activities:
E-mail marketing programme
Online competitions
Promotional planning to reflect corporate marketing plans
Internal communications and PR - as required
Production of e-Commerce market forecasts, reports, competitor activity and customer intelligence information.
Customer services liaison
Candidate Requirements
Of graduate calibre with a minimum of 4 years marketing experience, preferably including 6 months e-Commerce experience and 1 year Retail experience. Have a good understanding of e-Commerce marketing strategies and measures of online success. Experience of e-mail marketing/CRM preferable.Proven experience of working with agencies and good communication skills along with a good level of creativity, initiative, relationship building and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and an understanding and use of web analytical tools is essential.
