Background: Worked as an accountant at the BBC before leaving in 1997 to co-found the Motley Fool UK with David Berger. After starting as a site writer, became Managing Editor, responsible for all site content, as well as having a hand in overall strategy. Following the bursting of the dot com bubble, in June 2001 became Managing Director, responsible for err...everything, but mostly revenue and profit growth. Today, courtesy of a fanastic team effort, the Motley Fool is a rapidly growing, profitable company, with many exciting opportunities ahead of it.
