| Current: |
Helping large organisations get their websites right (but don't build them). Current benchmarking project for blue chips include Shell, BP, GSK, AMEC. Also working for World Bank. Aim is to provide independent advice that ensures the web is being exploited as efficiently as it can be. Includes usability but goes well beyond - what we do is often closer to business strategy. Also write two columns for the FT: one on FT.com, one in FT-IT. |
