Job Description
A vacancy has arisen at Head office, based in Herts as a member of the E-commerce team, as Website Analyst in one of the UK's largest and most successful holiday business'.  They own and operate 35 award winning caravan Holiday Parks in the UK providing non-stop fun for over half a million families each year.

This role will form an integral part of the team and will also provide a fantastic career opportunity within this leading company.  This is a fast paced dynamic, environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure is desired.

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the Web Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analyzing web site data as it relates to product, content, advertising, marketing and business forecasting and planning.
Candidate Requirements
*    Minimum of 2 years of consumer data analytics and analytical reporting in an Internet environment.
•    In depth experience of using Analytic Tools to gain web visitor insight.
•    Business savvy and basic understanding of technical, design and marketing skills as it relates to web analytics.
•    Independent thinker. Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Takes Ownership
•    Lead support role for Webabacus, Tealeaf and other analytic tools. User base includes interaction with Web Content Team, Web Marketing Team, Technology, Web Design, Research and Executive Management. Training provided where necessary.
•    Lead contact with agencies and analytics support
•    Participate in site enhancements and development as a measurements expert, identifying reporting requirements, monitoring the implementation process, tagging and evaluating post and pre-launch reporting.
•    Daily & weekly reporting based on business KPI’s and requirements
•    Identify customer drop off points and suggest courses of action to minimise loss
•    Analyse splash page performance and campaigns across multiple marketing channels
•    Locate areas of high conversion or parks/prices of particular popularity
•    Map the customer journey through usage of Webabacus and Tealeaf
•    Adhoc reporting to locate issues or summarise performance
•    Track all reports available or planned in webabacus to ensure smooth running
•    Work with the search manager to identify any SEM requirements within our reporting tool
