Job Description
Reporting to the managing director, you will take full cross functional responsibility for this well respected online retailer. The company has experienced a massive increase in sales over the past two years which has created a director level position within the company.

With the brand well established, reliable ROI's regularly achieved across all acquisition channels, and a growing database of loyal customers this is a great opportunity. Your role will be to take the framework that already exists, build an excellent team and to use your leadership and experience to really drive the business forward.

Essentially, you will take P&L responsibility for the online store; your focus will be on customer marketing, acquiring new consumers to the site and retaining existing customers, but you will also have responsibility for merchandising, warehousing, supply chain and customer service.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from a senior position within the online community. Ideally you will have retail or e-commerce experience. You should have strong management ability and will have led a team in the online space before.

Ultimately, we are looking for one of the new generation of senior online marketers; this is your chance to play with your own train set and really make a name for yourself.
