Account Manager

Screen Pages delivers e-commerce projects & services to retailers (clients include White Stuff, Corgi, Smythson, Crew Clothing & Thorntons). Services include online shopping website design, build, integration & hosting, site updates & maintenance as well as a fast developing portfolio of add-on products & services to assist online retailers.

The company employs ca. 30 staff, is growing fast, winning lots of new clients and providing a lot of ongoing work to 60+ existing clients.

The account manager will be responsible for:

• Management of 20+ client accounts from a business development, commercial perspective
• Add value to the business relationship & proactively develop further business from the client base.
• Ensure client satisfaction with Screen Pages
• Liaison with project management to ensure timely & efficient service
• Establish strong relationships with senior managers in the client base.
• Be the main link for commercial and delivery issues.
• Understand client’s business, markets, competition and strategy.
• Develop and execute account marketing & delivery plans & forecasts
• Exploit a variety of communication channels: reviews, meetings, email newsletters, telephone, client entertainment (where appropriate)
