Job Description

Stickyeyes, the online marketing agency, is a well-established, proactive and fast growing business based in Leeds.  Dealing with many Blue Chip and larger clients in the UK and abroad, Stickyeyes is well regarded as one of the leading online marketing agencies with best of breed strategies in search marketing.

We are looking for a results driven person with a passion for being successful to join our Sales team.  The successful applicant will work purely in online disciplines with a strong emphasis in Search Marketing.  Reporting directly to the Sales Director, they will have previous sales experience, with a proven track record at senior management level for blue chip companies.

Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Having the ability to self generate quality leads
  • Owning the sales cycle from inception through to signed order
  • Arranging and attending prospect meetings to bring new clients to the business
  • Taking responsibility for developing the business through increased sales activity and exceeding pre-defined revenue targets
  • Successfully representing the business at Director forums and other business development events
  • Identifying areas of opportunity and presenting a proposed strategy to take maximum advantage of it

Candidates for the role will:

  • Be ambitious and confident, results driven with a passion for succeeding
  • Have undoubted sales experience within search engine marketing (SEO and / or PPC)
  • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to listen and present coherent, persuasive arguments
  • Have the ability to sell at every level
  • Be aware of developments in search technology and trends
  • Have an understanding of technical disciplines in online marketing (tracking etc)
  • Be extremely well organised with good communication skills
  • Be able to work well within a team

The role is suited to someone with a proven track record in sales and a good understanding of search marketing.
