Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, booking holidays online is becoming more convenient and easy.

As E-Commerce Customer Insight Analyst you will help position www.havenholidays.com as a compelling online destination for those wishing to book family holidays in the UK.

By monitoring the website and the competition, and by assessing and interpreting data and information, you will be key in improving the conversion of people who book online having visited the site, as well as improving those customers "journey experience".

Candidate Requirements

Who we're looking for

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 years experience working in an e-Marketing or website analysis role.

You will have an analytical mind set and an ability to interpret the data and information you have for the benefit of the business and the customer.

If you are a self-motivated, pro-active individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, then this role could be for you.
