The Role: We are looking for a customer support consultant to work with our customers and partners, within our support team. This role will provide an opportunity for a new graduate to gain experience of many aspects of the support and consulting roles within a leading-edge international software development company.

 

Candidate Requirements

The role includes traditional customer support activity, operational support of server farms and network system, together with Java programming and consulting activity working on the analysis, interpretation of gigabyte-scale data warehouses to help customers develop and improve their on-line applications and web sites.
