Search Marketing is the most exciting area of online marketing. Growing faster than any other area of advertising, search grew by 79% between 2004 and 2005. And where marketing budget is being spent online, it’s essential for the effectiveness to be measured and reported.
An opportunity has arisen to join bigmouthmedia in the new role of Search Analyst at our Edinburgh Headquarters. The Search Analysis team focuses on working in partnership with clients and bigmouthmedia client account managers to define marketing strategy and to plan effectively.
Using a ‘best of breed’ analytics approach to provide informed traffic data on search marketing campaigns, further develop reporting structures, feedback traffic information to relevant departments and identify issues and opportunities. Working across several departments, you will work closely with senior client managers to ensure the effective functioning of the Search Analysis department.
You should have at least 2 years experience of online media analysis and have a demonstrable working knowledge of a variety of web stats packages. Candidates should have a strong analytical approach and project management skills.
