Job Description
Affiliate marketing is emerging as one of the most important channels for any business that generates revenue online. It is estimated that the value of sales generated through affiliate networks more than doubled in 2005 to £1.35bn, rising from around £600m in 2004 and this momentum has continued into 2006.

For those firms that specialise in running and managing affiliate marketing programs this is an exciting time. Whilst competition is increasing, the market is growing rapidly and there are significant financial rewards on offer for those who are successful.

We are now looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and commercially experienced business manager to take the managing director position for a privately held affiliate network.
Candidate Requirements
Whilst a candidate with senior management experience from an affiliate network would be ideal, specific market experience is not necessary. We are looking for a business leader with strong relationship building abilities, good strategic planning skills and experience from an e-commerce environment:

• Business development and deal making experience
• Leadership and management ability
• Commercial online experience
• Affiliate marketing experience
