Job Description
Technical lead must be able to work with our clients and creatives to deliver robust solutions.  Responsible for managing both in house and freelance resource the person must be able to work through the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and specification through development to testing and implementation.  Being flexible in approach and broad minded enough to think around issues presented by our demanding creative team this preson will enjoy working in a challenging but vibrant environment.  Must be happy to work on projects from the very small to the large and to get their hands dirty as part of a small team.
Candidate Requirements
Good knowledge of digital marketing and platforms
2 years + experience of asp / .net with SQL Server
Very strong HTML and CSS
Actionscripting experience a plus
Experience in PHP / MySQL and/or Java / Oracle will also help
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to manage own workload and that of others
Must have full entitlement to work in UK.
