Job Description
We are looking for a usability consultant to join our team and work on challenging and engaging projects helping our clients design products and services that their customers find effective, efficient, engaging and satisfying to use. Responsibilities will include:
• Applying user / customer centred design methods to business situations
• Identifying stakeholder requirements (interviews, focus groups, on-line surveys)
• Planning and conducting usability and accessibility evaluations at all stages of the development cycle
• Analysing, reporting and presenting results
• Delivering training courses.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• A strong background in human sciences, such as a BSc or MSc in HCI, ergonomics or psychology
• A practical and commercial approach to applying this knowledge to solve business problems
• An innovative and flexible attitude
• One to three years previous work experience, though we will consider applications from new graduates
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work well in a team
• Good analytical skills

A working knowledge of French or German and the potential to develop commercial sales and marketing skills is desirable.
The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.
