Job Description
Venturematch is a rapidly growing and successful online retailer of a broad range of products from Ipod and Laptop accessories and other technology based products to Office Furniture. As a part of our ongoing expansion, we are recruiting an Online Marketing Executive to exclusively run the marketing for www.iworld.co.uk .

Iworld (formerly www.ipodworld.co.uk) has quickly established itself as the worlds largest e-tail site for iPod Accessories. As the parent company Venturematch expands we are putting in place Marketing Executives to exclusively maintain our more mature properties. Until now the majority of the marketing focus for iWorld has been PPC advertising, organic optimisation and PR. We are now looking to maintain and improve these campaigns, but also investigate other opportunites such as email, catalogues, white labelling, afiliate marketing etc.

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for recruitment and retention of customers by developing and managing online (and occassionally offline) marketing campaigns, including PPC, email, affiliate, and other online techniques. You will report to the Head of Marketing. You will perform market research, analyse and optimise campaigns in order to maintain a healthy ROI and sales targets.

Responsibilites
• Competitor analysis and price comparison
• Site category management – woring closely with the buyers and merchandisers
• Developing and managing network campaigns
• Maintaining and optimising PPC campaigns
• Preparation and maintenance of price comparison engine feeds
• Customer segmentation and preparation of email marketing campaigns
• Affiliate and promotional marketing preparation and monitoring
• Assistance in organic search engine optimisation
Candidate Requirements
• Analytical marketer with min. 3 years online marketing experience ideally in retail
• Experience of planning and managing high-volume PPC campaigns.
• Proven email marketing skills
• Strong copy writing skills
• Good basic understanding of SEO
• Understanding of budgets and ROI.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• The ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Highly motivated self starter
