We need a passionate marketeer to work with all stakeholders to ensure the business delivers on its brand promise at all levels. Responsible for marketing activities across all media, the Head of Marketing will deliver a profitable marketing programme to significantly increase audience size, the profitability of that audience, and the depth of engagement we have with them.

The right candidate will have created, driven forward and optimised marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media that have delivered step-changes in consumer engagement.

Experience of controlling successful CRM marketing programmes and proposition development would also be beneficial. We need a highly numerate professional who is comfortable presenting results to senior/executive management and is able to achieve success in a matrix management environment.
