Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to work within PwC’s Targeted Delivery Team (current 7 people and part of PwC’s Online Presence Team) to support and implement online client collaboration tools within our business.

It is expected that support and deployment related tasks will take up 80% of the position with the remainder of your time will be spent as a relationship manager on the projects you are implementing, training internal and external clients to use the environments effectively or as a Junior Project Manager on other related projects.

Although this role is within a technology arena, a pure technology background is not necessarily a pre-requisite as PwC as training will be provided, therefore this role would potentially suit new graduates or candidates wishing to move into the technology or business development sectors.

Online collaboration has growing importance within PwC, providing clients and staff with secure sharing environments. Mindlink is a secure web based area used to provide increased interactivity and effective collaboration between PwC teams and their clients and targets. This is an internal customer focused role supporting and undertaking the technical administration and setup of collaborative solutions (MindLink) where you will be the first point of contact for queries in relation to collaboration.

Candidates must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Create and administer existing/new Client Portals, Workrooms and other Collaboration tools. 

- Answering the Collaboration helpline and resolving/monitoring support calls, escalating where necessary. 

- Provide ongoing administrative support to existing PwC client teams e.g. resolving technical queries, adding additional users, managing maintenance/upgrades, generally providing a figure head for the team when dealing with enquires from site administrators and new requests. 

- Conduct presentations and training sessions for Mindlink with PwC teams and their clients and advise on structures and most appropriate implementation methods and tools to site administrators and team members and undertake demonstrations of related technology to internal PwC Client teams as required. 

- Assist with user training and help develop suitable training materials/methods and the development and maintance of the our internal collaboration website. 

- Preparing ongoing communications to our internal clients as required. 

- Analysis and interpretation of client usage and feedback. 

- Further ad-hoc tasks as generated by your self-initiative or within the role.
Candidate Requirements

- Customer service driven/focused with a proactive and positive can-do approach. 

- A strong team player; willing to be flexible within the team and have ‘hands-on’
approach. 

- Quick learner with good troubleshooting skills and comfortable contributing to meetings and discussions within the team. 

- Good organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised and prioritise own workload with a good attention to detail. 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

- IT literate, with Excellent Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Windows. 

- Comfortable dealing with repetitive enquiries/support issues in a sensitive and professional manor, either face-to-face or via telephone, email etc. 

- Working to tight deadlines and an appreciation of the need to be flexible with your working hours as client needs dictate. 

- Interested in keeping up to date with collaborative tools/ideals and new IT initiatives.

Qualifications:
