Job Description
The UK’s leading online Education Recruitment Company urgently require a Test Analyst to join our innovative forward thinking organisation.

You will already have significant test experience and have ideally spent time in a testing role within an Internet organisation. You will also possess a sound knowledge of software engineering and Internet technologies.
Candidate Requirements
Experience and a strong interest to continually develop in the following areas is a must:

• Test tools (e.g. LoadRunner, WinRunner, Astra QuickTest, TestDirector)
• Supporting business and end-users as primary contact
• Raising, tracking, and communicating on faults
• Microsoft based development.
• Knowledge of quality improvement, quality process, quality assurance methodologies and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multifunctional development projects in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to learn various tools to support the web page assembly process.
• Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal communications (assertiveness, consensus building, negotiation).
