Job Description
•  To set & implement an email marketing strategy for Argos.co.uk to review & report on  
    results on a regular basis & refine strategy accordingly. To be responsible for the 
    delivery of the tactical e-mail marketing programme from brief through to analysis.  
   To use results of previous campaigns to improve all relevant KPI's to deliver yr on yr
   improvements and to recommend future activity
•  To co-ordinate the creation & provision of banners & links for the partner/affiliate 
    programmes & handle day-to-day contact with 3rd parties.  
•  To co-ordinate the online promotional programme and ensure its high quality 
    execution. This includes the management & communication of the online promotional
    plan, leading bi-weekly e-Commerce promotion meetings, liaising with the relevant
    marketing teams and feeding back key information to all relevant stakeholders.  May   
    also include the development of any new initiatives required.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate calibre with a minimum of 2 years marketing experience, preferably including at least 1 year eCommerce experience.

A good understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and measures of online success.  Experience of email marketing preferably.

Proven experience of working with agencies and good communication skills.

Sound analytical skills and ability to interpret data to produce commercial recommendations. 

A good level of creativity, initiative and influencing skills.
