What are they?
Roundtables are chaired and facilitated by E-consultancy. We only have 12-15 people and there are no journalists,
no audience, no sponsors or advertisers, no presentations. They are a chance to discuss 4 of the most important issues
and trends within a particular topic or sector with peers.
Who are they for?
Roundtables are attended by a mixture of in-house team members, agency specialists, representatives from industry bodies
and independent consultants. E-consultancy ensures there is a good mix of people assembled to discuss the topics. The level
is typically mid-senior management for in-house teams (e.g. Marketing Manager, Head of E-commerce) and Director / Partner
for consultants and agencies.
What is the format and venue?
All roundtables are kindly sponsored by GfK NOP and take place on the 9th floor
of their offices at Ludgate House, overlooking the Thames, 245 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 9UL. (view map)
The 2hr format is as follows:
20 mins – Arrival, coffee, introductions
80 mins – E-consultancy chairs discussion on 4 most important issues and trends
20 mins – Close, coffee, networking
The agenda is set by E-consultancy based on 4 main discussion points. This agenda, however, is based
on feedback from roundtable attendees prior to the event to ensure relevance and topicality. Look below for example
outputs from past roundtables.
How much does it cost?
The standard price per roundtable is €299 but they are free for Corporate
Members (who also have priority booking).
