SEO tools - link management and indexation - recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a tool, or tools, that we can use for:

a) Advanced link management - we're aware of Advanced Link Manager for example (and use Caphyon's tool for rankings analysis)

b) Indexation reporting and analysis - so we can monitor how many of our pages are indexed by various search engines and, ideally, what we can do to improve indexation levels. Of course, you can do indexation checking manually, or there are natty little free services (like the one from Neutralize), but are there any more advanced ones with better reporting and analysis?
