The choice you're about to make depends on your needs and therefore I think you should clarify if you need a simple bannerserving solution or if you're going to use search- and keywords or other targeting options, in order to optimize your revenue. I recommend that you read the online ad serving buyers guide http://www.e-consultancy.com/publications/ad-serving-buyers-guide-2008/.
Personally I've used a very fine adserving provider EmediateAd http://www.emediate.dk. What I fancy the most is the availabilty forecasting and the executive summary for all your campaigns. I've also had good experience with the financial reports in order to monitor the sell-out ratio and average CPM's.
