I am launching a niche recruitment site in a (relatively) uncompetitive EU market.

The site is ready, and blows the socks off any existing offering in terms of functionality. I want to run the site in BETA for 6-8 months, during which period it will be free for recruiters to post jobs.

With a limited budget (say €10k-€20k), how should I go about attracting recruiters to the site?

Any advice most welcome...
