Hi Sarah

We've used OpenX - www.openx.org (was OpenAds, was something else before that) for a few years on the sites that we sell advertising on. It's an open source, PHP based ad server. It supports some fairly sophisticated functionality (geo tracking, Flash banners etc) by default and it can allow customers to manage their own campaigns if necessary.

Their blurb is 'The free, open source ad server trusted by more than 30,000 web publishers in over 100 countries around the world. OpenX is a powerful ad serving solution that puts control over online advertising back in the hands of publishers.'
