Hi Sarah

as Dennis said, it largely depends on the features you need and budget you have to play with. There is quite a diverse range, from Google Analytics (FOC) up to Webtrend and Omniture (who recently acquired HBX) at the high end of the market. A mid end solution is Click Tracks which I am shortlisting for my company. http://www.clicktracks.com/ for details.
