Has anyone any experience of getting e-mails/e-news through black spider software? 
On behalf of my client, I use a specialist e-mail marketing firm.  However, I have not been able to satisfactorily test  the proposed first email to my client as his black spider software re-renders parts of the email.  As some of the proposed recipients of the email may also have black spider software, he is not comfortable about sending it.

Is black spider software common?

Could it be that it doesn't like a panel within the email which is white on black? This is the part which keeps re-rendering.

The e-mail marketing firm that I use suggest it is an industry problem?  Is it or is it just theirs?
