I'm surprised that the big networks aren't interested. Have you tried advertising.com, DrivePM or VCMedia? Failing to get a deal with them, and if you have some resource available inhouse, you can always try to sell your inventory direct, you will get much more money out of it and will later benefit from an established relationship with advertisers relevant to your industry. It is also offers the advantage to get a better controll over the ads that will be displayed on your site.
