The user support is pretty good.  They are based in Poole and are a fairly friendly ,easy to get on with company.  I have never had a problem with them myself.

Their licensing is fairly straightforward and easy to understand.  We rarely use the plugins they supply, we usually build our own as they generally dont exactly do what the customer requires and we find it is easier for us to build them from scratch so we can get them to integrate better with the users current systems if we do.
