 am writing an marketing strategy for a client which is a niche management consultancy.  A lot of the projects coming up really need some good pr, but it needs online pr as well as good old news releases and bullying journalists into listening.  I'm thinking knowing about news syndication sites, understanding specialist e newsletters that use external content, blogging and the equivalent if there is one to myspace for the target audience.

Can anyone suggest someone?  I would prefer someone in the UK but US/Europe would be ok. And I would really like a personal recommendation from a happy client.
