What are your requirements?

Are you looking for a dedicated server or will shared hosting do?

I've recently signed up with Media Temple (www.mediatemple.com) for hosting a number of small scale websites. I've opted for the shared hosting option and so far they have been brilliant. I get tons of space and bandwidth (1TB) for a tenner a month.

It's in the US, though -- but the offer 24/7 telephone support.

If you're sticking to the UK stay away from Datagate (www.datagate.co.uk). They charge something along the lines of £30 + VAT for every GB over your monthly quota.
